Report: Manchester United expected to announce the signature of star defender this week

Manchester United might have completed the signature of Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund but the red devils are still in the market for a defender.

Varane has constantly been linked with a move to Manchester United this summer as he plans to end his 10 years stay at Real Madrid.

The report revealed that the two sides are expected to have a deal in place somewhere within the €45 million ($53 million) and €55 million ($65 million) range.

Manchester United are reportedly in a good position to complete the move this week as Real Madrid are not willing to take any risk on Varane’s future.
