Pochettino playing this Chelsea player in the wrong position

Former Chelsea star Joe Cole has suggested the club manager Mauricio Pochettino is playing Axel Disasi in the wrong position.

The former England star wants the former AS Monaco player to play as a centre-back as that is his ideal position.

Recall that Pochettino used Disasi as the right-back owing to the absence of Malo Gusto and Reece James.

However, the former Tottenham Hotspur manager benched both his right-backs and started the Disasi in the 2-0 loss to Brentford.

Speaking on TNT Sports, Cole also described the Frenchman as a good footballer.

“Disasi has played right-back at times, which doesn’t suit him,” Cole said.

“He’s a good player, at centre-half done really well.”

In another report, Chelsea thrashed Tottenham Hotspur in North London when they met on Monday night in the Premier League.
