One player Chelsea could sign a replacement for Lukaku and he is not from the EPL

It is no longer news that Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku wants to leave the club for Italian side Inter Milan this summer and the Blues are in a race to bring in a possible replacement.
Popular transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano in his column on Caught Offside revealed one potential target that Chelsea could sign as a replacement for Lukaku this summer.
Romano revealed that Chelsea have followed RB Leipzig’s Christopher Nkunku for a long time which makes him an option.
The issue is that RB Leipzig are determined to keep him and have fixed a high price for him.
“So far Leipzig have not received any offers from Arsenal for Christopher Nkunku, but I can reveal that Chelsea have been following him for some time,” Romano said.
“Still, the price is over €100m because Leipzig want to try to keep him at all costs, and could even offer him a new contract this summer. Of course, Chelsea have problems up front with Romelu Lukaku, so it’s not surprising Nkunku could be seen as a replacement, but for now there’s not much to report.”
While Chelsea would want Nkunku, they would, however, not be willing to pay over €100m for him this summer.
