Not Man City, Chelsea or Liverpool, Thomas Frank names club to win EPL

Brentford manager Thomas Frank in a recent statement has tipped Arsenal as his favourite to win the EPL title this season.

Frank made this known ahead of Brentford and Arsenal face off in the Premier League on Sunday.

The Brentford manager also believes the Gunners midfielder Martin Odegaard is close to the same level as Man City’s Kevin De Bruyne in terms of performance.

Arsenal have had only one defeat in their six premier league games as their only defeat was a 3-1 game against Manchester United.

“We are playing against a very good side,” Frank told reporters ahead of the game.

“When we beat them a year ago, I think they were not in the same place as they are now.

“Doing it on Sunday would be completely different because for me, now, after [Manchester] City, they are the best performing team in the league.

“That’s another level. And I thought they could win the Premier League.

‘I think they’ve been fantastic. I think the players are growing, they’ve got the right players in.

“Odegaard, the way he plays at this moment in time, De Bruyne is a decent player, but he’s not far off him in terms of performances.”
