Not Arsenal or Liverpool, Luton Town star names club to win EPL

Luton Town player Andros Townsend has named Manchester City as his favourite to win the Premier League title this season ahead of Arsenal and Liverpool.

According to Townsend, Man City led by Pep Guardiola have players who are coming back back into form.

So far, this season’s Premier League title is looking like a three-horse race between Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal.

Man City are currently at the third spot, one point behind the Gunners and the Reds who are separated by goal difference at the top of the table.

“I feel like Man City are the only team in world football who can go and win their remaining ten games and go on and win the league,” Townsend told BBC’s ‘The Monday Night Club’ podcast.

“De Bruyne is coming back into form, they have players coming back at the right time and they have been there and done it.”
