Man Utd to sign another midfielder

There are a lot issues going on at Old Trafford, which has affected the Red Devils on and off the pitch.

To correct some of these issues, the recent reports revealed that Manchester United boss Ralf Rangnick wants the club to sign Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Denis Zakaria in the ongoing January transfer window.

Despite having the likes of Paul Pogba and other key players in the midfield, Rangnick wants to improve the Red Devils midfield.

The German coach has identified Zakaria as a good fit, especially as he is currently available due to his current situation at Monchengladbach.

Zakaria’s contract at the Bundesliga club expires in June, and the midfielder is not expected to extend his contract at the club.

This means that the January window is the last opportunity for the Bundesliga club to secure a transfer fee.

The report revered that Monchengladbach will accept £5 million as a transfer fee, which Man Utd can afford.

They will, however, face competition from Bayern Munich, who are also interested in the Swiss midfielder.
