Man Utd considering signing one of these two managers as Ten Hag’s replacement

A recent report via The Times revealed Manchester United’s hierarchy are already considering replacements for their manager Erik ten Hag.

It is no news that the Dutch manager is under a lot of pressure especially after the Red Devils were kicked out of the Carabao Cup following a 3-0 defeat to Newcastle United on Wednesday.

The defeat came days after Man United were defeated 3-0 by Manchester City in Sunday’s derby.

Man Utd are said to be now considering replacing Ten Hag who they signed from Ajax, with a senior source at the club claiming the Dutchman is now “at risk” of getting sacked.

The two managers on Man Utd’s list to replace Ten Hag are Sporting head coach Ruben Amorim and former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane.

Zidane has been out of coaching since willingly leaving the Los Blancos in May 2021.
