Maguire hails this player for being humble

Man Utd defender Harry Maguire has applauded his fellow teammate Jude Bellingham in the English national squad.

According to Maguire, Bellingham is one of the best midfielders in the world as he applauded his quality and mentality.

So far this season, Bellingham has been put up impressive forms for England and Real Madrid.

Bellingham bagged the Player of the Match in England’s recent UEFA Euro 2024 qualifier against Italy at Wembley as he won a penalty and created an assist.

“No, no chance. I have been speaking, I have known Jude now, for a number of years ever since he’s come in and trained with the boys. You could see, his mentality, his physicality is incredible,” Maguire said about Bellingham (via Football Daily).

“For such a young boy to have a head on his shoulders and also to be able to deal with it, physically he looks enormous out there and that is a credit to him.”

Maguire added, “I know for a fact he is humble. And it takes it in his stride. He is in there happy and he’ll keep helping the team for sure.”
