Arsenal summer signing Noni Madueke is expected to resume at the club today, August 4 after a brief break.

Recall that Madueke moved to Arsenal from Chelsea in July in a deal worth up to £52 million.

However, while he was eager to be involved in the Gunners pre-season tour of Asia, manager Mikel Arteta advised him to rest.

Recall that Madueke was active for Chelsea during the FIFA club world cup in the United States.

Despite being granted vacation, Madueke opted to return to training early and worked individually with his coach, Saul Isaksson-Hurst.

According to the reports, the former Chelsea star resumed work at Arsenal’s training ground last week, days before the rest of the squad reconvened after returning from Hong Kong.

Arsenal players were granted a few days off ahead of Monday’s training session as they prepare to play Villarreal on Wednesday and Athletic Club on Friday.
