Lukaku reportedly linked to Juventus, Inter said to be unhappy
Italian club Inter Milan are said to be unhappy with Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku’s decision to complete a switch to Juventus.
Sky Sport Italia reported that Lukaku has not replied to Inter Milan directors and team-mates, as it appears Juventus are ready to hijack the Belgian from their rivals.
Recall that Lukaku was at San Siro on loan last season and has been making moves for a permanent transfer to Inter ahead of next season.
However, the unexpected switch to Juventus has come as a shock as reports claim Lukaku’s lawyer Sebastien Ledure, hasn’t been in touch with Inter and Chelsea, who are ready to sign him in a deal worth around €35m.
There are claims that the Belgian star is tempted by Juventus’ offer.
While Inter offered €35m plus €5m add-ons, Juventus are set to offer €37.5m plus €2.5m add-ons.
The Old Ladies, however, wouldn’t submit a bid for Lukaku unless they sell Dusan Vlahovic first.
