London club lead the race in pursuit of young Chelsea forward

Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has been identified as a target for premier league surprise of the season, West Ham United as his future hangs in the balance.

Tammy Abraham has become one of the best player at Chelsea ever since he was given the chance to explore himself at Stamford Bridge but things have not been rosy for him ever since Thomas Tuchel joined the club.

The England international failed to make the match day squad in Chelsea’s draw against Manchester United on Sunday and his future raised more eyebrows when manager Thomas Tuchel stated that he has to put up a fight so as to be in the team.

Top clubs have been monitoring his situation ever since then and according to Daily Star, Tammy Abraham is being eyed West Ham as a possible summer target.

David Moyes have transformed West Ham United as they currently occupy the top four spot ahead of Liverpool and Chelsea.

The London club are eager to build on that impressive position by bringing in players that will ensure they compete well in Europe.

West Ham are also reportedly looking at Eddie Nketiah and Ivan Toney as other possible signings and they are eager to work out a deal as soon as possible.
