Loftus-Cheek next club revealed

Italian Seria A club AC Milan have been linked with interest for Chelsea star Ruben Loftus-Cheek, according to CalcioMercato report.

At the end of the season, Loftus-Cheek will see his contract with Chelsea expire in 15 months.

According to the reports, AC Milan have had their eyes on Loftus-Cheek for a while and have apparently been in talks with Chelsea since last October when they met in the Champions League group stage.

AC Milan are said to be ready to pay around £22million for the 27-year-old, whose contract with the Blues expires in the summer of 2024.

Recall that the midfielder made his Chelsea debut nearly a decade ago, however, apart from a brief spell he had under Maurizio Sarri, he has failed to make it to the first team.

This comes amid his impressive loan spells at Crystal Palace and Fulham, respectively.

He has to compete with the likes of Enzo Fernandez, Mateo Kovacic and N’Golo Kante, who manager Graham Potter favours ahead of him.
