Kante linked with move to North London club

Chelsea midfielder and France international N’Golo Kante has been linked with moves to Arsenal.

According to Le Parisien, Arsenal could make the move in the coming summer transfer window.

Kante, who moved to Stamford Bridge from Leicester City would see his current contract with the Blues expire in June.

While he is still in talks with Chelsea about a possible contract extension, no agreement has been reached by both sides.

Amidst the uncertainty about Kante’s future at Chelsea, top European clubs like Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona are also said to be in the race for the 32-year-old.

This comes shortly after Kante returned to action for Chelsea following a long spell on the sidelines due to injury.

The report claimed Arsenal have been interested in Kante since January when they opted for his team-mate and Italy international Jorginho in a £12 million move partially.

It would come as a surprise if Chelsea should let Kante join Jorginho at Arsenal.
