Hojlund names his favourite Man Utd player

Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund has named Marcus Rashford as the favourite colleague he enjoys playing with at Old Trafford.

Hojlund in his statement described Rashford as a world-class footballer, despite the English forward’s recent struggles.

Recall that the 20-year-old moved to Man United in the summer from Serie A club Atalanta for £72 million.

His arrival at Old Trafford made him become the club’s most expensive U-21 signing in history.

So far Hojlund has started his Man United career strongly with three goals in two UEFA Champions League group-stage games, but his striking partner Rashford has faltered.

However, he has started the ongoing season with just one goal and three assists in 10 games across competitions for Erik ten Hag’s side.

“He [Rashford] is a world-class football player,” Hojlund told Danish newspaper Tipsbladet.

“I enjoy playing with a player like him.”
