Four EPL team to play in the UCL next season confirmed as Man Utd thrash Chelsea

The English Premier League’s top four clubs that will play in the Uefa Champions League next season have been confirmed on Thursday night.

This comes as Manchester United thrashed Chelsea 4-1 in a humiliating defeat at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils needed only a point to seal their place among Europe’s elite next season.

Casemiro and Anthony Martial put Man Utd two goals ahead in the first half.

After the break, Bruno Fernandes’ penalty and Marcus Rashford scored one goal each.

While Joao Felix managed to score a lone goal for the Blues.

Aside from Man United, other EPL teams that will play in the Champions League next season are the season league winner Manchester City, Arsenal and Newcastle United.

Meanwhile, Liverpool led by Jurgen Klopp will be playing in the Uefa Europa League.

Chelsea will miss out of both European tournaments next season as they finished outside the top six on the log.
