EPL: More trouble for Chelsea as they drop to 10th spot after defeat to Man City

Chelsea may now have to rule out playing in the Uefa Champions League next season as they have now dropped to the 10th spot on the league table.

This comes after their recent 1-0 defeat to Man City in their recent EPL outing on Thursday night.

Man City were able to win all three points against the Blues thanks to a goal from Riyad Mahrez in the second half.

Chelsea’s defeat to Man City comes after they were held to a 1-1 draw against Nottingham Forest in their last match.

As it stands, Chelsea are 10th on the table with 10 points away from the 4th spot Man Utd.

The Blues will now have to work hard to return to the top four this season and this spells more woes for the club manager Graham Potter, who is still struggling to build his team having taken over the club from Thomas Tuchel towards the end of last year.
