EPL: Jorginho speaks on Chelsea’s chances of winning

Chelsea midfielder and Italy international Jorginho has spoken on the chances of the Blues winning the EPL title this season.

Jorginho, in a statement, stressed that the Blues would keep pushing to achieve their aim for the rest of the season.

This comes as Chelsea are currently at the same points as Liverpool but are six points behind league toppers Man City.

Chelsea will hope to reduce the points between them and Man City by winning all three points against Brighton on Wednesday night.

Asked about Tuchel’s men becoming the hunters, sitting six points behind Pep Guardiola’s side on the log, Jorginho told Chelsea’s official website: “I prefer to be the underdog and let people talk about others and we just keep working and pushing, and in the end, we will see where we can be.

“I knew a difficult time would always come during the season, and it is more about how you deal with it. We did the right thing, kept working and working and helping each other to get out of that situation, and now we still have a lot to do.”
