EPL clubs dominate the list of 15 clubs in the round of 16 (Full list)

With the group stage of the UCL finishing on Wednesday night, a total of 15 teams from different leagues in Europe have now qualified for the round of 16.

The latest clubs to book their space in the tournament included Benfica, Lille and Salzburg, while Spanish club Barcelona were eliminated after Bayern Munich defeated them.

The only Champions League round of 16 berths left to be filled after Benfica, Lille and Salzburg booked their places in Monday’s draw.

EPL clubs, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man Utd and Man City all qualified to the next round and are the highest from any league.

In another report, clubs that finished third in their Champions League group will move to the UEFA Europa League knockout round playoffs, facing Europa League group runner-up.

Winners from the tie will advance to the Round of 16, which will be played February 15 & 16 and February 22 & 23.

While the second legs will be played on March 8 & 9 and March 15 & 16.
