Enzo speaks on Caicedo as Argentina and Ecuador go head-to-head

Chelsea players Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo are both on international duty.

Fernandez playing for Argentina and Caicedo playing for Ecuador recently went head to head.

The game ended in a 1-0 win for Argentina, thanks to a goal from Lionel Messi.

However, ahead of the match, Fernandez had heaped praise on his colleague Caicedo.

“Moises is a great person,’ said Fernandez while on international duty.

‘He has now arrived at Chelsea and we have talked a little about everything – not specifically about the game but swapping shirts after.

‘Ecuador are a strong team, physically they are very good. They have been working for a while and have a great idea of the game, but we will do our job in the best way and with our people.’

Enzo has emerged as one of Chelsea’s key players since his January move from Benfica.

So far this season, the Argentine midfielder is yet to miss a Premier League fixture and has featured in all of the Blues opening five matches this term.
