Portugal star, Joao Felix, has completed a transfer to the Saudi Pro League where he joined his countryman Cristiano Ronaldo.

Felix’s transfer has seen him emerged as the fourth highest paid player in the Saudi Pro League.

The former Chelsea and Atlético Madrid star witnessed a hike in his salary at Al Nassr.

According to Correio da Manha, Felix, who earned €50m at Stamford Bridge with an initial €30m and further €20m in add-ons and bonuses, will now pocket €17.5m annually with the Saudi club.

Recall that the Blues put Felix up for sale after he dropped out of favour at Stamford Bridge under manager Enzo Maresca.

He was sent out on loan to AC Milan in January this year where he also struggled to impress, making the Rossoneri opt against a permanent stay.

Before his move to Saudi, reports suggested that Benfica were in talks to re-sign their former player back this summer from Chelsea.

Felix, who earned €8m per year with the Blues, will now be paid €17.5m annually with the Saudi club.

Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo, Riyad Mahrez, Karim Benzema, and Sadio Mane are the top three highest earners in Saudi.
