Details about Garnacho’s deal with Chelsea emerge

Chelsea have completed the deal for Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United before the summer transfer window deadline.
The Blues confirmed the signing of Garnacho who turned 21 in July, on Saturday, August 30.
According to the report, the Argentina star penned a long-term deal at Stamford Bridge that runs through to 2032.
Garnacho’s exit from Man Utd comes after he was left out the Red Devils squad by manager Ruben Amorim.
Before his exit from Man Utd, Amorim already made 93 Premier League appearances, with 16 goals to his name, including a stunning bicycle kick against Everton that won the 2024 FIFA Puskas Award.
He was a regular player in Man United’s side for the past two seasons.
Reacting to his transfer to Stamford Bridge, Garnacho in a statement said,
‘It’s an incredible moment for my family and I to join this great club. I can’t wait to get started. I watched the Club World Cup and to join the world champions is special – we’re the best team in the world! It’s amazing to be here and I’m very happy.’
The arrival of Garnacho could see Chelsea approve Nicolas Jackson’s exit before the close of the summer transfer window.
