Chelsea star tipped to regain form and play a vital role for Thomas Tuchel

Christian Pulisic has been tipped to play an important role for Chelsea in their top-four fight by the US Men’s National Team head coach Gregg Berhalter.

Christian Pulisic has been having a frustrating campaign at Chelsea with the winger not able to make his stamp on the team.

The former Borussia Dortmund winger has been forced to start the majority of Chelsea’s match under Thomas Tuchel from the bench and this has got him linked to some clubs.

However, US Men’s National Team head coach Gregg Berhalter in his press conference ahead of their match against Northern Ireland stated that now with the new manager’s coming in, Pulisic is finding his footing again as he had a really strong weekend before he came into camp.

Berhalter started that Pulisic is
a quality player who can make the difference in the attacking third and he can see him getting more minutes as the season unfolds.

The US boss noted that Pulisic has done a great job a Chelsea, first, embracing the challenge of coming to terms with the Premier League.
He added that players like Timo Werner who has difficulties adapting from the Bundesliga to the Premier League as it takes a toll on players, have to adapt but he believes Pulisic has done a good job adapting.
