Chelsea reportedly set to offer two players for Aston Villa forward

Chelsea have been linked with moves for Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa in the summer transfer window.

The Blues are said to be ready to include two players Tosin Adarabioyo and Nicolas Jackson as part of the deal to sign Rogers from Aston Villa.

Jackson being included in a possible swap deal doesn’t come as a Surprise as the Senegalese had played under manager Unai Emery at Villarreal in the past.

Adarabioyo, a centre-back defender, was tipped as a leader of the dressing room by manager Enzo Maresca, has, however, caught attention.

Since joining the Blues from Fulham on a free transfer, Adarabioyo has made 29 starts and eight substitute in all competitions for Chelsea, with four goals to his name.

However, Aston Villa value Rogers in the £100m-bracket, making Chelsea want to include two of their players as part of the deal to reduce the asking price.

The Blues move for Rogers will depend on if they are able to sign Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig.

Once Simons arrives at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea will have no need for another attacker as they prepare to compete for titles in the new season.
