Chelsea ready to pay £90m for Inter Milan striker

Chelsea are set to pay £90m to re-sign former striker Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan this summer, as per a report.

The Premier League giants are supposed to have made signing either Borussia Dortmund star Erling Braut Haaland or Romelu Lukaku their top priority.

Erling Haaland is also wanted by Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester City and Manchester United, which could make a deal hard for Chelsea.

Former Chelsea striker is a more reasonable target given Inter’s financial issues, and The Sun asserts that Thomas Tuchel’s side are prepared to make their move.

The Belgium international was previously at Stamford Bridge three years, but two of those seasons were on loan with West Bromwich Albion and Everton.

Romelu Lukaku has scored 61 goals in 91 appearances for the Italian giants since joining in a £74m deal from Manchester United two years ago.
