Chelsea, Napoli in talks about Osimhen replacement

Napoli are said to be considering Chelsea star Romelu Lukaku as a replacement for Victor Osimhen if he decides to leave the Italian Serie A club this summer.

The Blues are one of the top clubs that have shown interest to sign Osimhen alongside Arsenal and PSG.

Chelsea are willing to sell Lukaku to Napoli permanently this summer transfer window.

Recall that the Blues had offered two players including Lukaku to Napoli for Osimhen in other to beat down his transfer fee.

However, Napoli would want the Belgium star to reunite with his former  boss Antonio Conte.

Recall that the pair worked together during their time at Inter Milan.

Chelsea are said to want to end things with Lukaku permanently and wouldn’t accept a temporary bid for the Belgian striker.

Meanwhile, Chelsea remain in the race to sign a new striker this summer transfer window as they prepare for football under newly appointed manager Enzo.

Recall that the Blues managed to finish at the sixth spot last season under former Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino.

Osimhen moving to Napoli would a big for the Blues and could see Nicolas Jackson up his game after struggling Infront of the goal last season.
