Chelsea midfield star linked with moves to Saudi Arabia

Chelsea midfielder, N’Golo Kante, has been linked with a shock transfer move to Saudi Arabia side Al-Nassr at the end of the season despite his injury woes.

A report via Get French Football News claimed Al-Nassr want to sign Kante on a free deal in the summer once his contract with Chelsea expires in June 2023.

So far this season, Kante has been plagued by injury and was also left out of France’s 2022 FIFA World Cup squad after managing a total of only three appearances.

Further report revealed that Al-Nassr are determined to sign some top stars in the summer, with Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo being the main priority after he departed from Manchester United.

This is all part of the Saudi state which is supporting the club to attract some of the world’s biggest football stars to the country in order to win their bid to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
