Chelsea eager to let this midfielder leave

Chelsea are said to be happy to let their midfielder and England international Ross Barkley, leave this summer, The UK Sun reports.

The report revealed that the west London side are keen to sell Barkley before the summer transfer window closes in September as they intend to reshape their team.

According to the reports, the likes of Everton, West Ham and Celtic are in the race to sign the 28-year-old this month.

Chelsea are understood to have offered Barkley to Scottish giants, Celtic.

Barkley during his time at Chelsea has struggled to make it to their first squad and most time was left on the bench.

Last season, the English midfielder made just 6 Premier League appearances for the Blues.

It would be in the Blues’ interest and his to leave this summer for game time elsewhere to make an impact for himself as a player.

A deal is expected to be seal in the coming days for Barkley.
