Carabao League final: Pulisic reveals one Liverpool player that would cause problem for Chelsea
The Blues winger and American international Christian Pulisic has revealed one player that would cause problems for Chelsea when they face Liverpool on Sunday in the Carabao League final.
Pulisic revealed the player to be no other person than Liverpool forward Mohammed Salah.
The American international described Salah as ‘incredible’, adding that he can take inspiration from the Egyptian as they face each other in the cup tie.
So far this season, Salah is the highest goalscorer in the EPL and has scored 29 goals in all competitions for Liverpool.
According to Pulisic, the Egyptian superstar is “up there with the best.”
“He [Salah] is an incredible player,” Pulisic told ESPN.
“As far as the Premier League goes this season, he has generally been up there with the best.
“There’s definitely a lot to look up to and I can learn from him. He’s a great goal-scorer, really strong, he does a lot of things well that people don’t even realise to get him into position to score these goals. He’s someone I can learn from.”
Chelsea would hope to win the Carabao league trophy, having already won the FIFA club world cup this season.
