His adventure at Borussia Dortmund has been impressive and this has caught the attention of top clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool.
However, no club have been able to reach Dortmund’s valuation of the England international.
Dortmund are asking for a fee of £108m and Manchester United have been tipped as the favourite to cough out such amount of money.
Things are now about to change as Dortmund are willing to lower their price tag due to the significant financial losses in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
According to Sport1, the Bundesliga side are not ready to take any chances due to the Coronavirus pandemic that might make the prices of players go down because most clubs have been lacking funds.
