Bayern Munich agree personal terms with Chelsea striker

Chelsea striker and Senegal international Nicolas Jackson could be the next player to leave Stamford Bridge this summer as he has now been linked with moves to German side Bayern Munich.
With the transfer window days away from closing, Chelsea have to ensure they finalise the exits of some players before trying to get deals done for new players Xavi Simons and Alejandro Garnacho.
To sign Simons and Garnacho, it is important for the Blues to let go of their strikers Christopher Nkunku and Jackson this summer.
Incidentally, the Blues strikers have both been linked with moves to Bayern Munich in recent times.
However, a recent report by Christian Falk disclosed that Bayern Munich and Jackson have an agreement.
The Bundesliga club, who are offering a loan deal will now have to negotiate with Chelsea, who want a permanent exit and a transfer fee in the region of £60 million, which is lower than what they were looking for earlier in the summer.
Aside from Bayern Munich, two Premier League clubs Aston Villa and Newcastle United are also in the race to sign Jackson this summer.
The Blues, however, have limited time to wrap things up.
