Arteta comments on these two former Chelsea stars performance vs Sevilla

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta gave his comments on former Chelsea stars Kai Havertz and Jorginho’s performance during their UCL clash vs FC Copenhagen on Wednesday night.

The Gunners who remain top of their group won the match in a 2-0 scoreline thanks to efforts from Leonard Trossard and Bukayo Saka.

Speaking on Havertz’s performances of late, Arteta in a statement said:
“For me, against West Ham in the first half he was the best player, Newcastle one of the best, and today, again he was really strong, I’m really happy with him.”

On Jorginho’s performance and his influence at Emirate stadium, the manager said:
“It’s a joy to have him. His influence on the rest of the squad and the rest of the boys is enormous. He fits in with the way that we want to play, he’s so intelligent. He understands everything so quickly and he makes everybody else better and I’m really happy with his performance tonight.”
