Chelsea are set to let another of their player join their sister club Strasbourg this summer transfer window.

So far the French side has signed Chelsea players, goalkeeper Mike Penders, defender Mamadou Sarr and playmaker Kendry Paez.

The Blues have also given approval to permanent transfers, with midfielder Mathis Amougou having moved to Strasbourg despite having only signed for Chelsea in February.

A recent report via football.london disclosed that the West London club will now be selling Ishe Samuels-Smith to Ligue 1 club.

Rather than promote Samuel-Smith to backup behind defender Marc Cucurella, Chelsea are on the brink of signing Jorell Hato from Ajax.

The arrival of Hato at Chelsea will push  Samuel-Smith down the pecking order at Chelsea.

As a result, he has reached personal agreement with Strasbourg, who are allegedly paying in the region of £6.5m to get the deal done.
