Another Chelsea player could soon be on his way out of Stamford Bridge after Noni Madueke’s switch to Arsenal.

Recall that Madueke was unvieled as Arsenal’s newest signing on Friday, making him the Blues’ first big move to go through this summer, but more players are expected to leave and that include defender Axel Disasi.

The French defender, who moved to Chelsea from AS Monaco two years ago in a deal worth €45m, has struggled to assert himself in the Blues squad.

Disasi spent the second half of last year on loan at Aston Villa where he played as an alternative at centre-back or an option to be used in a back three.

However, Caught Offside reports that Newcastle United have already commenced talks for Disasi.

Chelsea are asking for €35m for Disasi, but the final price could drop to €30m, with Aston Villa also interested in signing him permanently.

The report added that Villarreal are also interested in signing Disasi due to his price tag, but they can offer him Champions League football.

We will have to wait to see which of the interested clubs will finally seal a deal for Disasi before the close of the transfer window.
