Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Denis Zakaria has apparently developed as a transfer target for Chelsea this summer.
While Frank Lampard has apparently been prioritising offers for attack minded players, it has become progressively obvious that Chelsea require increases in their defensive and center thirds.
Chelsea are one of various Premier League clubs who are watching the improvement of the 23-year-old.
Denis Zakaria, who might add some truly necessary height to Frank Lampard’s squad, has quite recently helped Monchengladbach procure a return to the Champions League.
Addressing the Byline Podcast, Falk stated: “It’s actual true, but Chelsea are not by any means the only club interested.
Borussia Monchengladbach‘s Denis Zakaria is on the shortlist of Chelsea on the grounds that he is a great player, but he is also on the radar of Manchester United and Manchester City.
Falk included that it might take a proposal of around £50m to entice the Bundesliga side into selling the Switzerland midfielder.
