Bayern Munich drop enthusiasm to sign Bayer Leverkusen star

The German giants are focusing their efforts on signing Manchester City’s Leroy Sane this summer, making the way for Chelsea to move for Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Havertz.

Kai Haverts has pulled in the consideration of numerous huge clubs across Europe, with Real Madrid also demonstrating an enthusiasm for him including the Bundesliga and Premier League giants.

Report asserts that the race has lost another suitor, however, with Bayern Munich not not ready to pay Bayer Leverkusen’s £70m asking price this summer.

Rather Bayern Munich want to sign Leroy Sane from the Premier League champions, which they almost figured out how to do the previous summer, before a knee injury precluded the German for the vast majority of the campaign.

Leroy Sane is from from injury, but hasn’t signed another deal at Manchester City and a leave looks likely this summer with his present deal lapsing next season, with Bayern by a long shot his most sensible destination and the Bavarians ready to spend around £50m to sigh him.

Chelsea still facing stiff competition for the talented youngster, however without the nearness of Bayern Munich in the race for Kai Havertz, their expectations of bringing him to west London have been essentially improved.

Manchester United have also been connected with a move for Kai Havertz, in spite of the fact that he stays behind Jack Grealish and Jadon Sancho on their list.

Chelsea have just made two outstanding moves, tying down deals to get Hakim Ziyech from Ajax and Timo Werner from RB Leipzig this summer, they have waited two transfer windows without signing any players because of transfer ban, but now Chelsea are ready to spend.
