Chelsea hasn’t made formal offer for Bayer Leverkusen star

Despite Kai Havertz transfer rumours in recent weeks, Chelsea hasn’t made any offer to sign the talented youngster, as per reports.

Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Real Madrid are all interested in signing the 20-year-old who is supposed pulling interests from top clubs.
