Chelsea and Man United target Sergej Milinkovic-Savic wants summer move from Lazio

Lazio’s sporting director Igli Tare has proposed it ‘shouldn’t be an issue’ if Chelsea and Man United target Sergej Milinkovic-Savic wants to leave the club in the next transfer window.

The Red Devils have been the Serbian midfielder admirers for long, who was as far as anyone knows close to displacing Paul Pogba at Old Trafford the last summer.
