Inside Arsenal’s deal for Valencia’s Mosquera

Arsenal have continued to be linked with moves for Valencia star Cristhian Mosquera as details about his deal have been made public.

Football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano in a recent update disclosed that Arsenal and Valencia have exchanged all documents for Mosquera deal.

This include €15 million plus add-ons, total fee under €20 million and long term deal.

Romano revealed that Arsenal and Valencia have reached an agreement for the 21-year-old.

All things being equal, Mosquera will have his medical with Arsenal, today, Wednesday in London.

The centre-back will then finalise his transfer to the North London club this week.

Recall that the Spain international during a statement via Spanish radio station Radio Marca Valencia confirmed his exit from Valencia.

“Valencia is my home, I arrived here at 12 years old and I am leaving as a man,” he said.

Mosquera signed for Valencia from Spanish club Hercules back in 2016 and has grown to become one of their key players.

Arsenal’s move for a new centre back is part of their effort to bolster their defence line ahead of another season under manager Mikel Arteta.

The Gunners will hope to get another chance of winning a trophy next campaign.
