Brentford goalkeeper set for medicals at Arsenal
Arsenal could soon welcome another player at the club in a matter of days.
This comes as the recent report revealed Brentford goalkeeper David Raya is set to undergo medicals with Arsenal ahead of a potential transfer this summer transfer window.
The report revealed the two Premier League sides have finally reached agreement on a fee close to £30million for the 27-year-old goalie.
Raya has already agreed personal terms with the North London side and would become their fourth signing this summer after Declan Rice from West Ham, Jurriën Timber from Ajax and Kai Havertz from Chelsea.
The new goalie will be at Emirates Stadium as a replacement for Matt Turner, who is close to sealing a move to Nottingham Forest.
Mikel Arteta’s side signed Raya to provide competition for Arsenal’s current number one, Aaron Ramsdale, who was impressive during their last weekend game where they won the Community Shield against Manchester City.
