Arsenal player moves to Scottish League on loan
Arsenal in a latest statement have confirmed the departure of one of their players to another league on loan.
The Gunners on Thursday said that their striker Mika Biereth has moved to Scottish Premiership club Motherwell on a season-long loan.
This was made public in a statement via their website.
Biereth signed with Arsenal in July 2021 from Fulham and went on to have a successful first season for the North London club.
The 20-year-old striker made 26 appearances in all competitions for Arsenal’s U-23s during the 2021/23 campaign.
“We wish Mika all the best for his loan spell at Motherwell and look forward to seeing his continued development,” Arsenal’s statement partly reads.
Meanwhile, Arsenal manager Mikeh Arteta has revealed the club would make some new signings before the summer transfer window closes, having splashed million to sign Jurrien Timber from Ajax, Declan Rice from West Ham and Kai Havertz from Chelsea.
