Arsenal legend speaks out as gunners youth product leaves the club on a loan deal

Hector Bellerin finally completed a move away from the club this summer after a loan deal was agreed with Spanish side, Real Betis.

The Spain international join Real Betis on a season-long loan deal and former Arsenal player Ian Wright sent a message to the departing defender.

Wright who has become Hector Bellerin’s fan took to his Instagram story to wish the defender good luck, insisting that a lot has been learnt from him.

According to Wright, Bellerin always represented the club with pure love and respect.

Bellerin fell out with Mikel Arteta and has been forced to watch most of the match from the bench, with the likes of Cedric Soares and Calum Chambers playing ahead of him during this campaign.

Despite being linked with Barcelona, Bellerin will now be eager to rejuvenate his career at Real Betis.

Reports from The Athletic stated that the deal does not include an option for Real Betis to buy Bellerin but it’s not feasible that he still has a future at Arsenal under Mikel Arteta.
