Former Chelsea defender names the toughest player he faced

Former Chelsea and Real Madrid defender, Antonio Rudiger has named Sergio Aguero as the toughest “human being” he has played against in football.

The Germany star also believes that football stars, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo were from a different planet.

During his time at Stamford Bridge, Rudiger faced Aguero on multiple occasions.

Messi and Ronaldo are the most talented footballers in the world due to their achievements and Rudiger had opportunities to play against them.

Rudiger was played against Ronaldo after he made a shocking return to Manchester United for his second spell while the German was still at Chelsea.

He also played against Messi while at Chelsea, when the latter was at Spanish club Barcelona.

In an interview with The Inside Scoop, Rudiger was asked the best player he’s played against and he said for him, the striker who gave him a lot of headache was Kun Aguero.

“That guy was really tough to play against, really tough,” he said.

The former Blues centre-back was also asked the best player he has played with.

He named Karim Benzema as the best player he has played with because he was a good striker.

Rudiger rated Benzema as world class.
